Any User who illegally or improperly accesses, uses, or participates in the Contest may, in its sole and absolute discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate the User's access to the Platform or Contests without notice to the User, delete or deactivate the User's Account and all related information, delete any content posted by the User on the Platform, and/or bar users from participating in future Contests.
If the User breaches or otherwise violates these Terms, the Company is not responsible for refunding any Platform Fee already paid for any Contest. In addition, any victories (as defined herein) owed to these Users and any win amounts credited to these Users will be forfeited automatically. Users may apply the account balance, minus any accumulated winnings, against losses and damages incurred or assessed by Us in the event of a violation or transgression of these terms. If there is any remaining balance, it will be returned to the User.
Applicability
