Nonetheless, Centuryleagues reserves the right to permit a Member to terminate a transaction and receive a refund: To rescind a payment, the Member must notify Centuryleagues via email within 48 hours of making the payment; thereafter, Centuryleagues is not responsible for refunding any amount. Centuryleagues may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund to the Member after deducting any applicable cancellation fees and taxes.
However, if you charge your card or bank account for a transaction on the Centuryleagues Platform and the amount is not credited to your Centuryleagues wallets within 48 hours of the transaction's completion, please contact metafordinfosolutionspvtltd@gmail.com from your registered email address. Include the following details in the email: the mobile number, the transaction amount, the transaction date, and the transaction ID.
If Centuryleagues discovers that money was charged to your credit card or bank account without the balance in your Centuryleagues wallet being delivered, the money will be refunded to you within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your email. All refunds will be deposited into your Centuryleagues wallet.
